What it costs

Walk-in pricing at our Naperville office depends on the check the role requires (state-only or state + FBI) and includes the state fees. On-site sessions add a mobilization fee based on distance and headcount; larger groups lower the per-person cost. We quote the full number before we book.

How to prepare your team

Each person needs a valid Driver’s license. Send us a list of names and roles ahead of time so the right check is ready for each person, and plan roughly 10 minutes per person.

How an employer account works

1. Call or text 847-436-5222 (or email info@efficientbiometrics.com) with your industry, roughly how many people you onboard per month, and whether you want them to come to us or us to come to you.
2. We set up an employer account with your agreed services and pricing — including the correct reason/agency for each type of check, so applicants never have to figure that out themselves.
3. Send people our way: walk-ins to our Naperville office, or schedule an on-site session at your location for a group.
4. One monthly invoice for everything — no applicant pays at the counter and nobody chases receipts for reimbursement.

There’s no hard minimum — it comes down to cost. For one or two people, our office is usually cheaper; for a group, on-site saves everyone travel time. Tell us the headcount and we’ll recommend the cheaper option.

How far do you travel?
We regularly cover DuPage, Kane, Will, Kendall and Cook counties. Further out is possible for larger groups — ask for a quote.

Can we get monthly invoicing instead of employees paying?
