I cannot recommend Sumeet highly enough. As I prepare to leave the country for an extended period, I was faced with an overwhelming amount of complex paperwork and documentation. Between apostilles, notarizations, divorce and custody documents, nursing license verification, multiple forms of identification, FBI background checks, visa applications, educational records, transcripts, and countless other requirements, the entire process felt exhausting and daunting. (The illinois board of nursing made it so difficult to obtain proper documentation but Sumet was very persistent amd advocated for me. Above and Beyond!) Without Sumeet, I truly do not know how I would have managed it all. From the very beginning, he understood exactly what needed to be done, who needed to be contacted, and how to navigate each step efficiently. What seemed overwhelming to me was made remarkably smooth and manageable because of his expertise, organization, and dedication. All I had to do was let him know what I needed, and he handled the hard work. Not only did he take care of the details, but he also anticipated issues before they arose and identified important requirements that I didn't even know I was missing. Those recommendations alone likely saved me from significant delays and complications. Sumeet is knowledgeable, wise, patient, and genuinely kind. He took the time to understand my unique situation and consistently went above and beyond to help me and my family. His professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made an incredibly stressful process feel effortless. I am deeply grateful for everything he has done and cannot thank him enough. If you need assistance with document services, apostilles, notarizations, or any complex paperwork, I wholeheartedly recommend this office and especially Sumeet. His expertise and dedication are truly exceptional. Thank you, Sumeet, for making what could have been an incredibly difficult experience so much easier for my family and me.

I reached out to get fingerprinting done and received a call within minutes to schedule me same day. The location of the salon is easy to find and very clean inside. Mr. Sumeet is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His preparedness was a pleasant surprise; a technical issues with the printer was quickly resolved after he brought out a backup printer. While waiting for the printer to reboot, he kindly offered tea or coffee, which he made himself. I highly recommend Efficient Biometrics. For something as simple as fingerprints, Mr. Sumeet exceeds expectations and provides a pleasant, seamless process. Thank you again!

Got my fingerprinting done here for Physician's license. I must say they are truly efficient. Such nice environment, reasonably priced and above all thorough professionalism. I will surely be back for my fingerprint cards which I will need for out of state license. Location (inside Charizma Salon) was known to me as I was already a customer of the salon.
