Efficient Biometrics handles notary, apostille, fingerprinting, and document authentication for clients across Illinois and out of state. A growing share of that work — apostilles for use abroad, immigration filings, and foreign-language records — needs an accurate, certified translation before it can be used. Rather than turn that work away, we want a reliable bench of translators we can send it to.
This isn’t a reciprocal referral swap. We send you paying translation jobs that come through our door; you deliver the finished translation. We’re gathering translators’ language pairs, rates, and turnaround times now so we can match each job to the right partner.
What We Need Translated
- Birth, marriage, and death certificates for apostille and immigration
- Diplomas, transcripts, and academic records
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, and other notarized documents
- Corporate and legal paperwork bound for use abroad
- Police / background-check records and government-issued documents
