Certified translation starts from $45 per page, and that includes the signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy. The exact price depends on the language, the amount of text and how technical the document is — send us the document and we will quote it before any work begins. Notarization of the certificate, an Illinois apostille, and translations by a sworn translator (required by some countries) are quoted with your order.

- Get your quote. We confirm the language can be handled and quote the price per page — nothing starts until you approve and pay.
- We translate and review. A professional translator translates every page, including any apostille. We check names, dates and numbers against your original.
- Certificate & delivery. You receive the source copy, the translation and our signed certificate, with every page stamped with your reference number. Digital copies arrive by secure download; notarized and apostilled sets are shipped or ready for pickup.
Notarized and apostilled translations
Many countries that accept apostilles want the translation apostilled as well. We have the certificate signed in front of an Illinois notary, then take it to the Illinois Secretary of State for the apostille through our own apostille service. One order, one point of contact.
Check with the receiving office first. Some countries — for example Spain, Italy, France and Germany — may accept only translations by their own sworn translators. Ask the office that will receive your documents what they require; tell us and we will quote a sworn translation where we can arrange one. Our certificate attests to the accuracy of the translation, not to the authenticity of the original document.

How much does a certified translation cost?
From $45 per page including the Certificate of Translation Accuracy. Dense, technical or rare-language documents are quoted individually. Notarization and apostille are optional add-ons.
Do you translate the apostille page?
Yes. If your document already carries an apostille, the apostille is part of the document and we translate it along with the rest.
Can my translation be notarized and apostilled?
Yes. Our certificate can be signed before an Illinois notary and then apostilled by the Illinois Secretary of State for use in Hague Convention countries.
What is a sworn translation?
Some countries only accept translations made by translators sworn before their own courts. Those translations carry the sworn translator's seal. Tell us the destination country and we will let you know whether we can arrange one.
How long does it take?
Most standard documents take a few business days; we give you a due date with your quote. Apostilles and shipping add time.
Is it safe to upload my documents?
Uploads go over an encrypted connection and are stored encrypted on our own systems. They are only opened by our staff to prepare your quote and translation, and are deleted after the retention period.
